A Studio Kelso team member will meet you at the beginning of your booking to open up and provide a quick tour of the studio, and return at the end of your booking to lock up. 

Furniture can be moved around, as long as it is returned to original position (EXCLUDING MIRRORS) 

Please do not drag furniture across the studio, as this damages furniture as well as flooring 

Furniture is heavy, two or more people will be required to move it safely 

Studio pricing does not include set up 

All outsourced equipment and props must be organised by you, delivery and pick up must be within studio hire booking time 

A General waste bin is provided on site, ALL bulky waste as well as cardboard must be removed by you, any excess waste will incur an extra cleaning fee to be invoiced to you 

All items labeled “Property of Studio Kelso” must be kept at our studio, you will be invoiced for any missing or damaged items
